Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the hat in its original protective box to prevent crushing during transit and include the printed packing slip inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
